Hi! My name is Matt. I am a 22 year old senior in college. That means that I don’t really get to have a life, but I enjoy it whenever I can. I am an English major, which means I wanted to make myself nice and unemployable. That said, however, I want to enter into an editing firm after graduation and pursue a career there.
I have always dealt with being overweight, with the exception of two years ago when I was at my lowest. I want to get back there! This blog is devoted to my journey, triumphs and failures alike.
I am 5′ 11″, weight 234 pounds, and am pretty out of shape. I still have more endurance than most guys my size, but there is a veritable ton of room for improvement. I started this blog on 3/17/13, and I will update this info as I lose weight.
Overall, I enjoy writing, playing my guitar, spending time with my beautiful wife, and just generally soaking in the life I have right now.
